Job Description:
Manage feedback & capability exploration with leadership of the supported forces, engage and collaborate with OSINT Industry leaders to best inform and support client leadership decision making. Daily interaction with senior Army leadership, industry IT leaders and IC/DoD Partners to assist in the development of client data strategy objectives, application identification and implementation. Coordinate all capability assessments of existing OSINT/PAI capabilities and emerging technologies, recommendations for integration into the OSINT Toolkit, and plans for moving the tool directly to the operational environment (if applicable). Assist in determining the best solution needed to address the gaps, overlaps and any possible duplication effort at the enterprise-level rather than at the individual operator’s level. This includes synchronization of IT strategy and planning with existing and future business goals to include promotion of shared applications.
Must have:
- Bachelors degree
- 12 years of experience developing new methods and capabilities to drive organizational objectives, completing analysis and assessments of programs in order to assess gaps, overlaps, and duplications of effort
- 10 years of experience managing staff
- 10 years of experience interacting with Government customer as well as interfacing with executive leadership
- Experience with OSINT trade craft, products, or technologies

- Masters degree

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $122,600 - $234,900
Colorado: $122,600 - $202,900
New York: $113,500 - $234,900
Washington State: $130,500 - $215,900
