Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls and directing to the appropriate department
- Greet Visitors
- New Client intake calls
- Check Mailbox daily
- Communicates effectively with office staff
- Other front office related tasks
- Reports to Business Officer Manager
Requirements
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office(TM) - The more you know about these tools, the easier your job will become
- Office experience is strongly preferred
- Must be available to work in the following window of times 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
- Must be computer savvy since many duties include utilizing on-line tools
- Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have a clean background with convictions or guilty pleas for felonies, theft, abuse, neglect or crimes against others
- Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, and drug screening tests
- Must be organized and show this in the workplace
