This includes techno-functional role conducting finance processes assessments, deep diving and analysing pain areas and coming up with solutions. Also, experience in, Financial Accounting and Reporting domain is an added advantage to join the global EY - Finance Consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Your key responsibilities</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Financial Planning and Analysis<br/> •    Knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting Processes, Financial Consolidation, Cost Allocation, and Controllership.<br/> •    Perform cost accounting and cost categorization (People &amp; Non-people costs).<br/> •    Identify improvement opportunities in the BPRA domain.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Process Design and Optimization<br/> •    Focus on the design and implementation of operating models in BPRA.<br/> •    Process redesign and optimization (AS-IS &amp; TO-BE) leveraging BPM tools.<br/> •    Standardize and streamline close processes using leading practices and technology.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Reporting and Analysis<br/> •    Identify KPIs for CXO reporting and dashboarding.<br/> •    Build management reporting using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, OneStream, Jedox, Anaplan, Hyperion, and Board EPM.<br/> •    Perform vendor analysis and prepare relevant analysis reports for clients.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Collaboration and Support<br/> •    Partner directly with onshore finance teams/clients to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.<br/> •    Manage and supervise project teams.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Technical Knowledge and Skills<br/> •    Design, configure, and implement BPRA processes in EPM tools.<br/> •    Configuration and knowledge of activity-based costing models.<br/> •    Good knowledge of ledger and sub-ledger systems; technical know-how of SAP ERP/HANA, Oracle GL is a plus.<br/> •    Familiarity with finance functions such as Record to Report, account reconciliations, and fixed assets management.<br/> •    Understanding of financial close activities for month, quarter, and annual periods.<br/> •    Working knowledge of GBS/SSC setup engagements.<br/> •    Knowledge of the BPRA service delivery model.<br/> •    Translate business requirements into technical specifications (good to have).</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Additional Requirements<br/> •    Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.<br/> •    Open to travel domestically and internationally.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Skills and Attributes for Success</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Communication and Collaboration<br/> •    Confident and professional communication style, with proficiency in English (oral and written).<br/> •    Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.<br/> •    Must be a team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Adaptability and Problem-Solving<br/> •    Agile mindset with a strong problem-solving approach.<br/> •    Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Analytical Skills<br/> •    Strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities for interpreting IFRS standards.<br/> •    Consulting experience is a plus.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>To qualify for the role, you must have</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>•    CA, CFA, CPA, OR Master’s in business administration in Finance<br/> •    3-5 years (for Staff level) and 7-10 years (for Senior level) of work experience in BPRA projects <br/> •    Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills<br/> •    Anaplan/Tagetik/Oracle PBCS and EPBCS/Power BI/Tableau/OneStream/Board and relevant EPM tools</span></span></p> <p><br/> <span><span><b>Ideally, you’ll also ha
