Internships begin the first week of June through the third week of August. Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (40hours per week)

Your key responsibilities

 

• Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
• Collaborating with technical experts, other functions to create the best solutions 
• Creating learning programs and coaching and training technicians
• Creating and improving standards, tools, and processes to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the production line

You bring

• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and have completed at least two full years of graduate study prior to the start of the internship
• Availability to work full-time (40 hour per week) for 12 weeks beginning on June 5, 2024 – August 18, 2024.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Live local to southern California
