Job Description

• You have the technical responsibility for the individual financial statements of a subsidiary company
• You prepare the monthly reports and annual financial statements of the subsidiary company
• You assess and document complex accounting topics according to HGB and IFRS
• You support the preparation and further development of our accounting manual
• You are responsible for the continuous improvement of processes and controls for the preparation of financial statements
• You are involved in various projects, e.g. the introduction of an ERP system and the further digitalization of our financial statement preparation processes
• You are the contact person for the auditors

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a business degree, ideally with a focus on accounting or auditing
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the accounting department of a dynamic company and/or in an auditing firm
• You have very good HGB and IFRS knowledge
• You want to take on and shape responsibility
• You work independently and are solution-oriented, have a good eye for detail, can coordinate several projects at the same time and set priorities
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and solving complex problems
