Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Showroom Host to ensure an exceptional guest experience and assist with the smooth operation of our showroom. This role involves customer interaction, light facilities upkeep, event coordination, and lead management. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all showroom visitors
• Perform opening and closing duties, including maintaining showroom cleanliness, stocking supplies, and ordering office materials
• Support the coordination and execution of showroom and company events
• Participate in new sales lead rotation and manage incoming online leads
• Maintain and update the showroom events calendar
• Assist the Showroom Manager with various administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Prior customer service experience required
• Experience in a showroom or retail setting is a plus
•  Must have reliable transportation to and from work 
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and calendar management systems 

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
