In this role, you will lead the design, validation, and integration of brake hardware systems, with a strong focus on I-booster technology and next-generation brake-by-wire architectures. 2. You will be a key technical expert working cross-functionally across safety, system integration, and supplier development. Key Responsibilities 1. Design, develop, and validate brake system hardware, including I-booster, brake calipers, master cylinders, and brake actuators. 2. Lead technical discussions with suppliers, evaluate design proposals, and ensure functional safety compliance. 3. Collaborate with vehicle dynamics and chassis teams to ensure seamless integration of brake systems. 4. Conduct vehicle testing for performance, durability, and regulatory compliance. 5. Provide root cause analysis and corrective action for brake system issues. 6. Support production launch activities and continuous improvement of brake system performance. 职位要求Requirements 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering. 2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in brake system development and validation. 3. Strong knowledge of I-booster systems, brake hydraulics, and electromechanical components. 4. Experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers (e.g., Bosch, Continental, ZF, Brembo). 5. Familiarity with safety standards (ISO 26262) and testing tools (e.g., CANoe, Vector tools, brake dynos). 6. Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus.投递
