Registered Sonographer- Vascular (Vascular Surgery practice - Roanoke)- 4 10 hour days

How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:

$10,000 sign on bonus and up to $5,000 in relocation assistance is available. 

 

Demonstrate proficiency with skills and knowledge to perform noninvasive vascular ultrasound examinations, assess technical data and provide preliminary results, and assist in the interpretation of exams. Exam types include the following:

• Visceral arterial
• Cerebrovascular
• Peripheral venous
• Peripheral arterial

 

Enters exam data into systems, ensures completeness of exam and prepares exam for interpretation. Adheres to departmental procedures and protocols. Regularly attends departmental meetings, in-services and actively participates in continuing education.

What We Require:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Graduate of approved School of Ultrasound or equivalent training.

Experience: Previous experience in vascular sonography preferred.  

Licensure, certification, and/or registration: RVT (ARDMS) or RVS (CCI) in Vascular Sonography required. CPR certification required.

Other: Good interpersonal, technical skills and flexibility in assignments.
