Join NDX National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst, Commercial. This is a remote or hybrid position.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales reporting tools, dashboards, and performance scorecards that drive visibility into KPIs across geographies, segments, and product lines.
- Support the planning and optimization of sales territories, quotas, and account assignments in alignment with commercial goals.
- Analyze sales trends and performance against forecasts and targets, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to support commercial decision-making through data-driven
- Partner with IT to enhance the integration between Salesforce.com and financial reporting systems.
- Collaborate on the design, implementation, and monitoring of the sales compensation program, ensuring accurate calculation and timely payout.
- Work with the Commercial Finance Senior Manager on rebate modeling, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Assist in cross-functional initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, system upgrades, forecasting improvements) to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of commercial reporting processes.
- Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles, providing detailed sales assumptions and analytical support.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Contribute to ad hoc financial and sales analysis projects as required by senior leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in sales finance, FP&A, or commercial analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and dynamic modeling), along with hands-on experience developing dashboards in Power BI.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets into clear and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a healthcare, laboratory, or manufacturing industry.
- Exposure to sales compensation design and administration.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

Work Environment:
This role may require occasional travel for cross-functional meetings and team workshops. Primarily office-based with the option for hybrid work arrangements.
