About The Role 

As a Senior Insights Executive in the Football Trading Team, you’ll be an expert in taking customer and performance data and translating it into compelling, actionable insights. You’ll work closely with the Football and wider Trading Team to critically analyse and interpret data, helping us focus on the right things and continue to ‘Change The Game’ in Football Sports Betting. 

You'll combine advanced storytelling techniques, high-impact presentation creation, and tailored messaging to deliver insights that drive decision-making at the most senior levels of the organisation. 

In this role you will… 

• Analyse data to uncover trends, spotting patterns and providing actionable insights to drive our decision-making. 

• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations in partnership with the Football Leadership Team. 

• Craft clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations that visually distil complex ideas and data into simple, powerful narratives. 

• Communicate insights to people at all levels, using tailored messaging, visual aids, and business storytelling techniques to maximise understanding and impact. 

• Confidently present insights verbally to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and supporting strategic direction. 

• Engage with stakeholders at different levels, building positive relationships where you are positioned as a trusted advisor. 

• Support with projects by providing analysis, insights, and recommendations. 

• Drive continuous improvement. 

What we’re looking for: 

Ideally, you’ll have experience in data analytics and comprehensive insight collation along with: 

• Exceptional communication skills: you’ll be able to build high-quality PowerPoint presentations, tell compelling stories with data, tailor messaging to different audiences and confidently present verbally to senior stakeholders. 

• Good understanding of business performance drivers and an ability to understand complex data and translate it into a simple message. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate under pressure regarding deadlines. 

• A high degree of natural curiosity & enthusiastic attitude to understanding and solving problems. 

• Experience coaching, mentoring, and managing junior team members.
