AttainX, Inc. is in search of a Data Quality Lead to provide expert leadership and guidance to our federal government client. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall efforts to strategically mature data quality and integrity across the client agency by recommending, developing and presenting on activities and deliverables to help enhance enterprise data quality and integrity to support improved sharing, decision-making, and reporting on mission operations. You will help develop customer experience and engagement to build and support more robust, trusting and collaborative relationships across the enterprise that will support proactive data integrity and encourage timely identification and resolution of data issues.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience with the strategic implementation of enterprise data quality and integrity programs. These programs include experiences in master data management, data quality dimensions and metrics development, data quality business rules development and implementation, critical data element identification, data quality monitoring, root cause data analysis and quality by design.
• Meet one of the conditions below:
  1. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification OR
  2. 10+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics or related degree.
• Proven experience leading data quality initiatives and projects.
• Understanding of data quality principles, practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in data management or data quality.
• Familiarity with data quality tools and technologies 
• Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to develop and implement data quality metrics and reporting.
• Experience and expertise in data management and standardization across large organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise data architectures, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
• Self-starter, highly motivated individual who adapts to a dynamic work environment.
• Attention to detail with an ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• USCIS background and client experience.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and advanced analytics applications.
• Proven knowledge of federal data policies, compliance requirements and governance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, OMB M-19-18, Federal Data Strategy).

Skills:

Data quality, master data management, project management and process improvement.

Duties:

• Support the implementation of data quality and standardization across the agency.
• Identify and advocate for opportunities to improve data integrity through process and system changes and prioritize activities that increase data quality based on enterprise-wide requirements.
• Build and test data quality business rules to allow accurate monitoring of data alignment with master data.
• Support development of materials or approaches to address governance bodies on topics addressing data quality and integrity 
• Provide technical support to build a master data management program for the enterprise that aligns with the parent organization’s master data.
• Identify process improvement areas and make recommendations to mature data quality across the enterprise.
• Support process and requirements analysis to standardize the data collection process across the enterprise.
