About the role
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
At Beyond Meat, we started with simple questions. Why do you need an animal to create meat? Why can’t you build meat directly from plants? Thus, we make plant-based meats that allow families to eat more, not less, of the traditional dishes they love while feeling great about the health, sustainability, and animal welfare benefits of plant protein. Our goal is to bring exciting change to the plate—and Beyond.
Beyond Meat is seeking a dynamic Food Safety Supervisor to join our team in Devault, Pennsylvania at our finished goods manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing food safety and quality assurance programs, including the development of HACCP plans, monitoring SQF (Safe Quality Food) systems, and handling daily quality issues. This individual also performs statistical analysis and serves as a backup to the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager in their absence. They will play a critical role in ensuring that product handling, preparation, and storage comply with food safety regulations and standards.
