The Rheumatology Clinic offers a team approach to diagnosing symptoms and treating disorders of the joints, connective tissue, and bones. We provider the latest, most effective treatments for various forms of Arthritis and other autoimmune conditions. Our providers have expertise in treating patients with the most advanced therapies, as evidenced by research, to treat most rheumatic and autoimmune conditions. Our team of providers, nurses, pharmacists, researchers, and other health care givers work to treat patients as quickly as possible so they can have relief from their symptoms, to improve quality of life.
What you will do as a Medical Assistant:
- Coordinates and monitors patient appointments for provider visits, and procedure(s)
- Delivers patient care as delegated by the RN or Provider to assigned patient population, or individual patient
- Communicates with patients and other members of the healthcare team
- Provides patient instruction as delegated
- Demonstrates ability to deliver care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level of population served
What you will need:
- Medical Assistant Diploma from a CAAHEP or CHEA accredited program AND/OR Medical Assistance Certification or Registration from an accredited organization (American Registry of Medical Assistants (RMA) or American Association of Medical Assistants (CMA))

Compensation:
