About the role

The Administrative Fellow is a values based leader who demonstrates curiosity and agility in leadership, working collaboratively in a matrixed environment on a diverse portfolio of projects to advance the organization’s strategic and operational goals.

  • Qualified applicants will have completed a graduate degree (M.B.A., M.H.A., M.H.S.A. or related field) or equivalent and above. Candidates with a graduate degree from a nationally accredited program will be accepted for review.
  • Requires the ability to embrace learning and growing in an academic health system.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills and experience, relevant work experience, and strong academic performance.
  • Must be a values based leader who demonstrates curiosity and agility in leadership.
