Candidates who believe we can change the agriculture industry through technology enabling more sustainable practices and improving food security around the world.</p><p>In this role, you will be part of the Commercial IT &amp; Digital team and drive the development and delivery of innovative technology products and solutions, develop purposeful architectures, enable the reusability of best practices, and role model technology excellence for our businesses and teams.</p><p>You will work closely with IT &amp; Digital teams to develop and execute the technology strategy across our business, lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience working with Commercial technology, including ecommerce and ERP, and teams with a proven track record of driving transformational change and delivering sustainable results. Additionally, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, and welcome candidates of all gender identities and backgrounds to apply.</p><p>Accountabilities:</p><ul><li>Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap Digital Product oriented architecture, starting from  Commercial and working across all relevant areas ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technology strategies.</li><li>Drive development of purposeful architectures across domains that support the integration, scalability, reliability, reusability and security of solutions</li><li>Lead development of technology solutions and ensure they meet the technical requirements and are aligned with the architecture and business vision.</li><li>Understand data integration and architecture that enables systems and processes integration end to end</li><li>Focus on usability of our solutions, besides the backend enablement of it</li><li>Work collaboratively with cross-functional IT and Digital teams, including Commercial, Digital Products and Engineering, P&amp;S, R&amp;D, ERP, Data and analytics to ensure and end-to-end approach to solutions.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and leadership to delivery teams and ensure they have the necessary resources, tools, and skills to perform their jobs effectively.</li><li>Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across IT and Digital, be an active part of the engineering and architecture community</li><li>Working with IT and Digital teams look across Business functions to identify and connect opportunities across regions and domains to collaborate, develop and share technology solutions</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency maintain a strong understanding of overall business strategy and desired outcomes, business and market drivers that influence operational decision-making</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, business analysts, and other team members to develop and refine product requirements, specifications, and user stories.</li><li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, making data-driven decisions to prioritize feature development and improvements.</li><li>Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs, business impact, and resource availability.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Ideally a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or relevant experience.</li><li>
