From 3 PM to 11 PM, you will assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation while fostering a warm and supportive environment. You'll be responsible for monitoring residents' vital signs, documenting their health progress, and reporting any changes to nursing staff. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure safety and comfort for all residents. Engaging in social activities and connecting with residents to encourage their wellbeing will also be part of your routine.
