PTS and EWM Lead

Responsible for implementing and optimizing Extended Warehouse Management solutions for our clients.

Work closely with client to understand business requirements, design solutions, configure systems, conduct testing, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for EWM solutions.

2. Design and configure EWM systems based on best practices and industry standards.

3. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of EWM implementations.

4. Provide training and support to end-users on EWM functionalities and processes.

5. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

6. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in EWM technology and incorporate them into our solutions.

7. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

8. Contribute to pre-sales activities, such as solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations.

9. Should have experience of ATTP integrations with the EWM and PTS Modules.
