Field Account Manager R&D Strategic Accounts (F/M)

We are looking for a Field Account Manager R&amp;D Strategic Accounts (F/H) based in Belgium, remote position.<p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Grow with us – Your Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Execute the early-stage seeding strategy and execution model within the designated Key Accounts and modality segment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build strong technical relationships with designated customer’s Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) on early-stage processes aimed at driving maximal technology adoption and collaborate closely with commercial team to ensure success</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide Product Ddevelopment (PD)/Scale-up consultancy to accelerate the molecule development lifecycle and support long-term partnership on a modality-relevant basis</span></p></li><li><p><span>Present Customer value based on Sartorius solutions that is relevant, digestible and practical for the Customer and their KPI’s</span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute trials and demo activities at the customer’s site in support of the early-stage opportunities with a goal towards commercialization, including hands-on trials in the lab, as well as by working closely with Field Account Specialist (FAS)/Business Area (BA) team; keep ownership over the projects until process is robust.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support process transfer wherever needed, Regionally as well as Globally</span></p></li><li><p><span>Transfer knowledge and best practices to commercial team/Application Specialist (AS) team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as a process consultant for critical leads/opportunities to drive the adoption of Sartorius technologies / platforms</span></p></li><li><p><span>As needed, support regulatory/process related activities to enhance market awareness and the Company’s, the Team’s as well as your own expert image</span></p></li></ul><p>​</p><p></p><p><b>Qualification &amp; Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Master's degree in biochemistry, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering or equivalent in life sciences</span></p></li><li><p><span>Several years of experience in biopharmaceutical process development, scale-up, process characterization, technology transfer, scale-up, production or application support in upstream or downstream, Fluid Management Technology experience would be a plus</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven skills of relevant process unit operations in cGMP Bioprocessing with related regulatory knowledge</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understand biologics drug development and application process</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent skills in communicating and presenting technical added values</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams without formal authority; takes strong ownership over projects, yet can execute collaboratively</span></p></li><li><p><span>Can inspire business sense, commercial aptitude (sales experience) preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent spoken and written skills in French and English</span></p></li><li><p><span>Self-motivated and ambitious</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable with change and desirous of continuous improvement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Entrepreneurial approach</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable with change and desirous of continuous improvement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment</span></p><p></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>**Travel Requirements**</b> – Hybrid work schedule within </span><span>Bruxelles</span><span>.
