The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 74,240.00 USD - 106,995.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

Your primary role of the Senior Analyst, Demand Planner is to own the relationship and input from sales, ensuring customer specific inputs are incorporated into our near-term forecasts. In this role you will work closely with sales, but also partner heavily with cross functionals in marketing, finance, and supply chain. You will manage a portfolio of approximately ~500 UPCs and will develop a forecast by using insights such as shipment history, sales collaboration, distribution accuracy, and marketing plans. This position is a key driver in creating and managing the true consumer demand signals by which to align the rest of the Supply Chain

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead collaboration calls with key sales accounts to review and adjust the forecast based on customer inputs.

  • Act as a key player in the S&OE process to ensure our short-term plans are reflective of changes (pacing, RDC splits, Sales Demand Change Requests) and mitigate risk.

  • Participate in Step 1&2, collaborating with Design Planner presenting customer specific changes to forecast to senior commercial leadership teams for alignment.

  • Conduct root cause analysis of forecast error and identify corrective actions.

  • Recommend and support corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and overall planning effectiveness.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.

  • 2+ years relevant demand planning, forecasting customer supply chain, or other supply chain related field.

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to present recommendations concisely to cross functional partners and gain support for consensus plans rooted in data and assumptions.

  • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis, linking root cause to action driving KPI improvement.

  • Ability to work with and deal with ambiguity; analyze existing data, make assumptions, and present business cases for action.

  • A fast-paced, multi-tasking expert with strong cross-functional project management capabilities.

  • End to End Supply Chain knowledge and understanding; able to quickly make decisions based on analysis of current assumptions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Position is Full-Time.

  • Regular business hours, Monday-Friday.

  • This role is eligible for domestic relocation.

  • Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees. 

  • Travel <10%.
