Summary 

Maintain building equipment and infrastructure essential for the operation of the company and its employees.  Provides technical direction/assistance of the daily functions of the facility when Manager is not available.  Assists in coordinating and managing of contractors (plumbing, electrician, Air Conditioning, etc.). 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• coordinate, schedule and complete Work Order requests by customers 

• Perform preventive maintenance or repair on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and other essential  building systems 

• Perform preventive maintenance on other equipment including forklifts, passenger lifts, lighting, hydraulic equipment, fountains, and pumps. 

• Installation of floor to ceiling modular wall systems 

• Storage and transporting of Hazardous Materials 

• Trouble Shooting Skills 

• Operate Fork/Boom Lifts 

• Interpret HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical schematic drawings 

• Install and de-install modular systems furniture 

• Coordinate and supervise Contract help (ie –janitorial services, plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning, etc.) 
    

Qualifications and Education Requirements  

• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent. 

• Must possess a Journeyman’s level of knowledge in Electrical Distribution and HVAC systems 

• Must have 5 – 7 years’ work experience in the following areas: 

• Preventive maintenance: Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical repairs, Painting ,Machine servicing ,Vehicle servicing
