The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplane Cash Management team is looking for a Mid-Level Cash Management Specialist to join their organization in Renton, Washington! The candidate should be adaptable and be able to build positive relationships through communication. Decision making, analytical skills, and the knowledge of the contracting process, finance integration process and general finance knowledge are needed.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports BCA Airplane Contracts/Selling teams and production/delivery activities through independent assessment and administration of financial contract terms
Analyzes, documents, executes, and validates financial contract information and transactions in business systems
Participates in the development of customer/campaign strategy and customer solutions to support business objectives including developing and analyzing cash flow scenarios, conducting special studies, and developing/communicating recommendations to Contracts/Selling teams
Supports execution of aircraft production and deliveries by anticipating and coordinating transactional aspects and verifying/communicating receipt of required payments
Identifies risks and opportunities associated with financial contract terms; develops, analyzes, and communicates data and proposes solutions to manage or mitigate risk
Prepares and communicates information to accounting/financial planning organizations for use in reporting and forecasting activities in accordance with SOx process controls
Works with the team to develop procedures to establish compliant processes in support of contractual activities
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
1+ years of experience in a Finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics
Experience in Contracts
Experience presenting and communication data in Senior Leadership briefings

Summary pay range: $83,300- $112,700
