You’ll bring your growing expertise to the table, tackling more complex tasks and contributing significantly to team goals. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your consulting practice, work with cross-functional teams, and deliver tangible outcomes that drive client success.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead the implementation of client (software) solutions.</li><li>Support the account manager with pre-sales.</li><li>In the lead with informing clients and consultative selling.</li><li>Conduct complex industry and competitive analysis.</li><li>Facilitate client meetings, training, demonstrations and presentations.</li><li>Develop detailed client reports and documentation.</li><li>Lead comprehensive data analysis and business process improvement implementations.</li><li>Coordinate project deliverables and manage stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Assist in change management initiatives for client projects.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to junior team members.</li><li>Engage in continuous improvement of consulting processes.</li><li>Support product and solution testing phases.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Ability to drive to deliver client value.</li><li>Knows how to translate business processes to software configuration.</li><li>Knows how to get the best out of the organization for his or her clients.</li><li>Advanced data analysis skills.</li><li>Ability to create and deliver presentations for clients.</li><li>In-depth industry and market research experience.</li><li>Ability to facilitate client meetings effectively.</li><li>Project coordination and management skills.</li><li>Increased proficiency in software tools.</li><li>Ability to provide guidance to junior team members.</li><li>Strong problem-solving capabilities.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span><span>Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.</span></span></p>
