JOB SUMMARY
The project manager will be at the forefront of developing AI education programs, training modules, and assist in implementing AI tools for researchers across the institution. This highly motivated individual will join a team of workforce education team in the OCR that is tasked to strengthen faculty and staff education and skills development in clinical research. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work in a cross functional team of physicians, IT professionals, data scientists and researchers at the forefront of innovation in medical research and clinical care

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
- Education
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or directly related field or
- Experience
6 years Related experience, including a minimum of and
2 years Of supervisory experience or
Additional progressively responsible related experience may be allowed on a year for year basis in lieu of degree, for a total of ten (10) years of related experience.
Preferred
- Education
Bachelor's Degree - in STEM related Field, adult education/education technology, learning and development, organizational psychology, and /or research management or directly related field and six (6) years related experience, including a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience required; additional progressively responsible related experience may be allowed on a year for year basis in lieu of degree, for a total of ten (10) years of related experience. Master’s or PhD degree strongly preferred.
