💲 Compensation

💰 Starting at $38/hour, based on experience
💵 +$4/hour Weekend Shift Differential

🗓️ Schedule

⏰ Four 10-hour shifts each week
📅 Alternating weekends

⭐ What You'll Do

• 👩‍⚕️ Provide leadership and clinical oversight for nursing staff
• ❤️ Ensure residents receive exceptional, compassionate care
• 🤝 Support and mentor nurses, CNAs, and other clinical team members
• 📋 Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operations
• 📞 Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally
• 🩹 Provide clinical support during emergencies and complex situations
• ✅ Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• 🌟 Promote a positive, team-focused culture throughout the building

✔️ What We're Looking For

• 🎓 Current RN license in good standing in the state of SC
• 🏥 Previous nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• 👥 Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• 💬 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Registered Nurse (RN)

General Purpose

The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.  Such supervision must be accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility and may be required by the Director of Nursing (DON)and or/Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) when applicable, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
