Administrative Professional II

Overview

 

Darkblade Systems, a CIS Secure company, has an opportunity for an Administrative Professional II supporting a new program located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

 

Responsibilities

Administrative / technical work in a management environment.

 

• Performs high-quality project support
• Will contact most levels of government personnel
• Handles confidential information
• Maintains logs, records, archives, and / or working files
• Given minimum instruction and supervision, handles correspondence, prepares reports, arranges meetings, and / or travel arrangements.

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:

• This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday.

 

TRAVEL:

• Limited or minimal travel expected.

 

Qualifications

CLEARANCE:

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• Potential to upgrade Secret clearance.

 

EDUCATION:

• Associates of Arts or Science OR two-year technical school degree + minimum of 3 years relevant experience OR
• High school diploma / GED plus 10 years experience

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Personal computer literacy with knowledge of email, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
• Experienced with common office equipment, e.g., fax machines, copiers, projectors, and PC printers.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant administrative support experience, or military experience E3 and up.

Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
