Senior Product Analyst - Equities

- Gain a deep understanding of the US Equity market, our customers and our competitors to help shape and execute the product roadmap
- Generate actionable recommendations based on customer and market intelligence to support product development decision-making.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development by our technology teams
- Drive the execution of the full product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, product positioning, business requirements and pricing design, roadmap development, product launch and go-to market execution
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, business and operations requirements as well as product collateral (User Guides, Tech Specifications, and FAQs) for clients and Internal Teams
- Collaborate closely with technology, marketing, operations and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Lead and develop internal / external programs to ensure that goals and objectives are met
- 3-7+ Years of experience in a product development, project management, software development and/or data science roles required
- Broad understanding of the US Equities Markets. A keen interest to learn about capital markets, fintech and applying innovative technologies (Cloud and Artificial Intelligence) is strongly preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.
- Proven success in overseeing product development lifecycle and/or large-scale projects.
- Successful influencer with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across different parts of the organization
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity and fun to work with.

The base pay range for this role is $61,400 - $102,400. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
