Sales Project Manager (Construction)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a Greek manufacturer of Glass, Ceramics, and Concrete, is in search of a Sales Project Manager, who will oversee and manage the construction projects from concept design to completion.

Responsibilities:

The successfully evaluated candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgeting, resources, and communications with stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.

More specifically he/she will:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from concept creation/design to completion
• Develop and manage project budgets (pre-sales), timelines, and schedules
• Ensure all project documents, including contracts, permits, and drawings are up-to-date and accurate
• Attend regular meetings with clients, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Ensure project safety and quality standards are met and maintained

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders
• Manage project changes, scope, and budget changes as needed

Requirements

• Ideally a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil), or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in Project Management is preferred
• Proficient user of AutoCAD
• Proficient user of Softone or related ERP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
