  The ideal candidate must have a passion for solving complex and interesting problems in the area of AI-powered distributed computing, high-volume transaction processing, and large-scale system design. We are seeking individuals who can handle the challenges and opportunities of developing software that operates at this scale while expanding our functionality to further the lead that FMK has over the competitions. Senior software engineers will work on many different projects and assume varying responsibilities.    Requirements

1. BS/MS in computer science or other relevant technical degrees
2. 4+ years of professional related experience in Java and object-oriented application development
3. Strong analytic skills and problem-solving skills, particularly as it relates to application design, development, and optimization
4. Deep understanding of architecture patterns such as multi-tenancy, scalability, and federation, to build cloud-native systems
5. Ability to analyze, design, and review the architecture with the architect of the group, and implement the prototypes
6. Excellent object-oriented programming, unit testing, debugging, and code review skills
7. Hands-on experience with Java, JMS, JSON, Test NG, relational databases, and SQL and scripting like shell scripting
8. Experience designing/implementing & troubleshooting high-performance integration solutions or web services using REST or microservices
9. Knowledge or experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative and Agentic AI is an added bonus
10. Ability to quickly learn and develop expertise in highly complex existing applications and architectures
11. Experience with high-volume distributed application development in a SaaS environment (product-based companies)
12. Experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Quartz Scheduler & Cloud infrastructure is a plus

1. Participates in the platform development for the next generation FMK products that help to retain its leadership position in the marketplace.
2. Works closely with architects to review design proposals and to implement the design for complex components for a high-performance orchestration engine that supports large volume marketing transactions. These components have to interact with many subsystems in the Fusion Marketing eco-system.
3. Deliver high-quality code and documentation on time in a faster-paced environment.
4. Acquires knowledge of existing code and refactors the code as needed to meet the demands of the evolving platform.
5. Becomes a technical evangelist who craves for high performance & quality delivery.
6. Applies and encourages colleagues to apply intelligently customized industry’s best practices.
7. Keeps up to date on the latest technologies and stays in touch with the rapid evolution of the field.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,200 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
