Responsibilities
Are you passionate about creating and improving a company’s business processes through the use of Enterprise Software Systems?
Mainspring Energy is seeking a smart and energetic individual passionate about developing and implementing new business process solutions supporting our start-up company’s growth and transitioning our breakthrough technology toward volume manufacturing.
We are looking for a hands-on system developer, with previous experience working on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Material Resource Planning (MRP), Fleet Service Management (FSM) Systems.
You will be directly involved with all facets of our business, departments and levels, working cross-functionally across our company.
You will deliver user-friendly solutions that are tailored to team requirements, automating manual and tedious tasks as well as setting up SOX-compliant financial transaction systems or creating brand new data management systems.
Your contributions will be integral to Mainspring achieving its exciting growth targets.

Create business process flows for existing and new processes.

Develop business requirement documents by gathering feedback from all levels of the organization and distill it into actionable items for your software development work.

Develop new end-to-end business processes such as: prospective and existing customers management, product and process change management processes, efficiently control part suppliers and manufacturing partners production and quality, internal and external production operations business flows.

Develop on our existing QuickBase database platform and expand its connection to other software applications.

Responsible for testing, implementation and facilitating user training.

Project/Program manage new feature/system launches
Qualifications

10 + years of experience in enterprise systems configuration and feature development.

A proven track record of building strong working relationships with business stakeholders.

Proficient with QuickBase database programming. QuickBase certifications are a plus.

Experience or ability to quickly learn to configure systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBase using native workflow building tools.

Strong understanding of relational databases. Python or Javascript experience is a plus.

Experience working to grow and scale business systems for a hardware manufacturing company is a plus.
The Bay Area salary for this role is $145k-$170k base + pre-IPO stock options + benefits. This position can be hybrid. The salary will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location as well as the experience of the employee
