Clinical Psychologist Supervisor Full Time

To provide the highest quality individual and group clinical supervision and training experience to Post Doctoral Fellows,  APA Psychology interns, and Practicum students.

*Pay Range: $70/hr. to $79/hr.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Training and supervision of pre and post-doctoral interns in both group and individual therapy formats
• Support activities of the Department Head including program development, program and schedule oversight and performance improvement projects
• Provide process-oriented group therapy supervision as well as psycho-educational and other didactic groups for patients using various professional treatment modalities
• Provide supervision on individual, couples or family therapy using evidence based highest quality modalities for which they have received an adequate amount of training and supervision
• Report to community/state agencies any patient issues required and represents facility in any legal proceedings

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology

• Full Unrestricted License to practice in the state of California
• Experience in group and individual therapy CBT and DBT modalities
• BLS (Basic Life Support ) Certification for Healthcare Providers following the American Heart Association guidelines

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Experience working in a Psychiatric Hospital
• Experience treating Active-Duty Military and/or First Responders
• Experience treating children and adolescents
• 3 years plus of supervision experience
