HRIT Demand Delivery Lead

The HRIT Demand Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of HR demands, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective and innovative IT solutions. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT platform teams to ensure that delivery is completed in line with business priorities.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collaborate with business units and key stakeholders to understand their IT requirements and demands related to the HR Technology ecosystem.

• Lead the Agile planning, execution, and closure of HR demand items, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.

• Perform SCRUM Master role for backlog/sprint management including prioritization with the business teams

• Estimation, implementation and delivery of features and functional enhancements within the HR Ecosystem that can support the improvement in value, revenue, profitability and user satisfaction

• Coordinate with IT teams to assess the feasibility and capacity for fulfilling demand requests.

• Develop and maintain a demand management framework and processes to streamline the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of demand items across multiple solutions within the HR Ecosystem.

• Provides reports and dashboards to provide transparency into demand backlog, trends, and current pipeline

• Coordinate cross functional resources to ensure timely and quality delivery against the plan.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively propose recommendations for optimizing IT demand management.

• Identify and manage potential risks  & issues and devise mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and senior management.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess demand delivery outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement measures.

• Collaborate with Platform Leads in Architecture team engagement for major changes and adjustments to platform blueprint and landscape

• Work alongside Platform Leads to ensure that platform compliance for GxP/SOx/Data Privacy  is maintained as changes are introduced in the platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree level education (Information Technology or similar)

• 5+ Years of Experience working in service management & management technical lead roles for IT Support within global teams, delivering and supporting solutions

• Overall 10+ years of hands on software development experience having worked in and developed a team of high performing software engineers responsible for multiple products, particularly a portfolio environment

• Experience working in a globally distributed team

• Understanding of software engineering CI/CD processes, with experience in the design and implementation of applications build, release, deployment and configuration control management

• Experience working with JIRA, Service Now and Automated Testing tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence, CI CD tools - Ansible, etc)

• Technically competent and curious with a passion to explore, iterate, fail, and learn

• Experience of working in Agile teams using SCRUM and SAFe methodologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
