What YOU will do: 

The Training Coordinator is a full-time position based in our manufacturing plant in Lincolnton, NC. This position will report directly to the Sr. Product Manager. This role is responsible for building a successful training program to instruct Dealers, customers, and service technicians.

In This Role, You Will: 

· Create training programs/ modules and preparing materials as needed.

· Provide full scope training materials.

· Effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

· Promote training opportunities.

Requirements

What You Need: 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

· Bachelor's degree in related field

· Three to five years previous experience

· Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.

· Ability to design and create teaching/training modules (LMS).

· Ability to assess and report effectiveness of training programs.

· Instructional experience

· Excellent interpersonal skills 

· Works well in a collaborative environment

· Proficient using Microsoft Suite

· Use of most up-to-date technology
