About the Role:

*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).*

Fubo is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager or Director of Strategic Finance to lead our financial planning, forecasting, and analytical initiatives across the organization. This role will be a key asset to the executive team and business unit leaders, driving high-impact decision-making through financial insights, rigorous analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of corporate finance, an ability to think strategically and operate tactically, and a proven track record of managing projects and partnering at all levels of the business, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of financial models, forecasts, and strategic analyses to support executive decision-making across departments including Marketing, Growth, Advertising, and Content Acquisition
• Collaborate on the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational goals
• Provide oversight of cash flow management, identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring financial discipline across the business
• Develop and evolve key FP&A processes, driving efficiency, accuracy, and cross-functional accountability
• Design and lead the creation of executive dashboards and KPI reporting to deliver clear insights into business performance and drivers
• Deliver high-impact financial presentations and materials for the Board of Directors, investors, and executive leadership, including support for earnings calls and strategic planning sessions
• Support Finance team in capital markets and M&A as needed
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CFO and executive leadership, identifying business opportunities and financial risks
• Drive cost management initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies across the company
• Work closely with Accounting team in the monthly close process and maintain reports that provide financial metrics around actual vs forecasted performance
• Support Finance team in ad-hoc analyses

Qualifications:

Skills / Experience / Knowledge

• 7+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic corporate finance, or FP&A, within the streaming media, entertainment, or technology industries
• Proven experience in leading FP&A functions or teams, with a strong track record of driving strategic insights and business outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution required
• Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills; mastery of Microsoft Excel and fluency in or ability to learn financial tools and business intelligence platforms
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
