Technical Recruiter

We are NT Concepts: A leading National Security technical solutions provider focused on staying in front of the digital edge with innovation and high-value delivery. To help us achieve this, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Team; a motivated and team-focused individual with full-desk recruiting experience in the Intelligence and Defense sectors.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, network, and engage with technical professionals, job applicants, and desired candidates through various search techniques/approaches.
• Utilize both traditional and non-traditional sourcing and recruiting methods.
• Conduct and document standardized pre-screens/phone interviews
• Develop professional relationships with Program Managers, Project Managers, and Hiring Managers to best understand the needs of the organization.
• Review, edit, and post position descriptions and application links online.
• Manage candidate pipelines, outreach campaigns, strategies, and ATS.
• Coordinate the full hiring process from start to finish, including hosting interviews, negotiating offer terms and conditions, and creating offer letters.

 

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Very strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Comprehension of Boolean rules, search tactics, and methodologies.
• A thorough understanding of Government Contracting, security clearances, intelligence agencies, and DOD/DHS customers/entities
• Ability to navigate common job boards, including LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, Monster, Indeed, and CareerBuilder.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times.
