The Quality & Operational Excellence Manager supports site operations (i.e.: supply chain, production) to ensure Quality System requirements and Operational Excellence Standards are implemented and maintained throughout the regional value chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and support for the fulfillment of corporate directives and management requirements as set out by Global ANH (Animal Nutrition & Health) at the local level to ensure sustainability of site compliance.
- Local champion for ANH Quality & Operational Excellence and included program initiatives.
- Support Plant Management for annual activities as required for SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) (e.g. Grounding & Bonding, Triple P submission review, Department Operations Meeting information, etc.).
- Participate and follow-up with facility inspections on a monthly basis.
- Participate in collection and communication of data for Department Operations Management Team meetings.
- Coordinate schedule and participate in internal, external. customer and supplier audits as required.
- Support local CAPEX projects relative to Quality & Operational Excellence Standards. 19.Implementation and management of Chemical Control Program.
- Implementation and management of Environmental Testing Program, as required.
- Collate, prepare and submission of local key performance measures associated with Quality & Operational Excellence.
- Periodic review of local Quality & Operational Excellence activities with ANH/NA Regional Quality Manager

You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or Feed/Food Technology or related field.
- Knowledge in aseptic testing protocol, water potability, environmental testing and chemical control programs.
- Experience in quality systems management; assessment and implementation of quality systems are desirable (ISO 9001/GMP/HACCP/FAMI-QS/FSMA/SHE/Security).
- Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills.
- Intimate knowledge of quality systems, preferably with animal nutritional products or feed/food industry.
- Knowledge in powder technology, premix or feed compounding preferred.
- Highly developed organizational skills.
- Ability to document effectively and efficiently as well as communicate effectively.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary groups.
