Description

Position Summary:
A private residential community located in Land O’ Lakes is seeking a dependable Part-Time Weekend Attendant to provide onsite monitoring of the clubhouse, pools, amenities, and parking compliance during weekends. This position plays a vital role in maintaining safe operations, ensuring compliance with association rules, and delivering excellent customer service to residents during weekend hours.

  

Position Details:

  • Part-time: primarily Saturdays & Sundays
  • Some Friday evening availability may be offered based on community needs
  • Onsite position reporting directly to management

  

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and observe usage of all community amenities including:
    • Clubhouse facilities
    • Swimming pool, spa, and wading pool areas
  • Enforce community rules, safety standards, and posted policies.
  • Conduct parking compliance patrols throughout the community.
  • Perform  light facility maintenance checks and report issues.
  • Complete incident reports for violations, safety concerns, or facility issues.
  • Restock supplies, collect trash, and complete light cleanup as needed.
  • Serve as onsite management point of contact during weekend hours.
  • Interact with residents and guests in a professional, customer service-oriented manner.
  • Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or operational issues to the Community Association Manager.

Requirements

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance (required for onsite patrol and parking compliance monitoring).
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift while performing outdoor patrols and facility monitoring.
  • Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to enforce community policies professionally, fairly, and consistently.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with residents.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • Prior HOA, property management, security, or facility attendant experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with HOA policies, community rules, or compliance processes helpful.
