 About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Waiter/ess for summer season 2025 at Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Providing knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient F&B Service to all guests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with Jumeirah standards.
• Maintaining efficient workflow by adhering to the Sequence of Service and all timeframes and standards detailed in relevant SOPs in the F&B Standards Manual.
• Anticipating customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information.
• Identifying and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service (upselling, guest recognition, resort knowledge)
• Preparinge outlet for service utilizing the checklist and as instructed through briefings.
• Maintaining good knowledge of the menu to answer questions the guests may have.
• Serving and clearing food and drinks within required timeframes.

 

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-year restaurant experience in a luxury environment
• Fluent in Italian; additional languages are a plus (knowledge of English is desirable)
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications
