To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by 1) Applying functional expertise in civilian personnel management regulations, policies, processes and analytical tools in support of civilian workforce planning and management specific to the cyber workforce; 2) Composing complex correspondence related to the delivery, administration, and legality of human resources functions for high-level Agency officials; (3) Conducting special studies on organizational structure to improve an organization; (4) Leading HR projects, studies and/or collection of data to monitor and prepare reports detailing HR initiatives. This position is in the Supervision/Management Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure.
