GENERAL MANAGER:

                We have fun, and we offer personal challenges and growth.  The General Manager, has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including produce preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned. 

 General Manager behaviors include:

• Models and drives excellence in customer service
• Models and maintains compliance with company standards in product and facility specifications
• Models and supervises excellence in food handling procedures and operational processes involving food handling
• Models excellence and control in operational activity to achieve unit guest service and performance targets
• Supports training, developing and motivating crew member behaviors to achieve the above
• Supports the introduction of new company products and initiatives.
• Supports financial control to meet profit margin targets (PACE)
• Ensures restaurant can serve the guest during hours of operation even if not scheduled
