Responsibilities:

• Continuous development of the overall Industry 4.0 concept (focus on digitalization) together with the Operations and Industrial Engineering management team

• Developing and updating the digitalization roadmap with all stakeholders and internal and external partners

• Implementation of investment planning and controlling

• Initiating and managing digitalization projects and research collaborations

• Identifying new technologies and their added value for the company

• Personnel management and development as well as coordination and prioritization of activities within the team

Qualifications:

• Completed studies, e.g. mechanical engineering/computer science/industrial engineering/business informatics

• Relevant experience in the production environment, especially in strategy development and implementation with regard to digitalization

• Moderation and presentation skills as well as strong communication skills at various hierarchical levels

• Innovative, cross-divisional thinking and an analytical, structured approach, coupled with strong implementation skills

• Team spirit, team player and flexibility in action

• Independent way of working and entrepreneurial thinking

• Fluent in written and spoken English (B2)

• If possible: team management experience
