Position Summary
The ScrumMaster provides servant-leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional agile team. This position will guide and serve a team that delivers technology solutions through effective application of Agile principles and frameworks including, but not limited to, Scrum and Kanban methods. The Scrum Master will coach the team to create strong skills in self-organization, cross-functionality, collaboration, conflict resolution, transparency, and continuous improvement.
The leadership needed will include:
· Collaborates with business partners, architects, product owners and engineers to understand their problems and goals
· Responsible for Planning and executing Data Engineering projects through agile implementations
· Liaison with the Business and Technical team to identify technical solutions and business process improvements in support of the Business and IT strategic direction
· Manage multiple stakeholders geographically dispersed to drive roadmap objectives, ensuring scope and approach are understood by scrum teams
· Proactively provide agile and process consultancy to stakeholders throughout the full development lifecycle
· Facilitate all scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Reviews
· Use reporting tools to monitor the progress of portfolio delivery and ensure timely and effective communication of the status and assessment of risks/issues
· Expertise with Rally, JIRA using agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
· Work Closely with Technical leads while effectively managing relationships and requirements with business partners across geographies
· Removes impediments, helps manage risk
· Assist teams in achieving commitments by building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised, with an emphasis on problem-solving
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
2+ years of experience working with Rally, JIRA or equivalent, managing boards and developing reports
Preferred Qualifications
ScrumMaster certification from an accredited organization
4+ years of experience in Data and Analytics projects
Demonstrated ability to identify and proactively address issues impacting project team performance
Proven ability to effectively prioritize and allocate time across project assignments
Healthcare and Consumer Analytics experience preferred
Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Delivery Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus,
