Graduate Programme:

We are looking for a solution-focused Graduate to join our 2-year Graduate Development Programme commencing in September 2025, working with our Group Sustainability Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a fast-paced and growing company.

 What we offer:

• You will be involved in real-world projects that contribute to Uniphar’s goals and strategies.  In this sustainability role, that will specifically include:
  • Preparation and analysis of large volumes of diverse data, to support sustainability reporting, including external ESG Rating submissions like CDP and EcoVadis.
  • Support of the delivery of initiatives like our Climate Change and Responsible Sourcing Programmes.
  • Support the creation of sustainability communications material
• Networking opportunities to collaborate and connect with peers, managers, executives, and professionals from various departments.
• We provide continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities and regular 1:1 performance evaluations/feedback sessions.

What you’ll need to succeed:

We are looking for recent graduates with a minimum of 2.1 bachelor’s degree

• Passion for sustainability and developing a career in sustainability
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills and confidence in collating, analysing and reporting on varied datasets
• A strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.  Pro-active at shaping your approach to completing an activity
• Self-confident with strong interpersonal skills to independently engage with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Preferably some training or education in key sustainability concepts (e.g. carbon footprinting, responsible sourcing, CSRD, ESG topics)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
• Collaborative mindset to build partnerships to meet shared objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
