JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!

The Cashier will use cash registers, electronic scanners, and related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers in the F&B department.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!

• Welcomes patrons as they arrive, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their dining experience; guest services.
• Seating reservations organize reservations, maintain an updated waitlist, provide accurate wait times, and efficiently seat guests to optimize dining room flow.
• Supports guests by sitting them, providing menus, and introducing them to their servers helps ensure smooth transitions and good service.
• The hostess communicates and serves as a liaison between guests, kitchen staff, and servers, coordinating seating, updating staff on guest needs, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Answering phone calls, responding to guest questions, complaints and inquiries about menus or policies, and professionally resolving complaints are important to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Keeping the host stand, entryway, and dining area clean and organized enhances the guest environment.
• Hostesses often help during busy periods with tasks such as running food, refilling drinks, or resetting tables, supporting the overall team effort.
• Processing Payments handle takeout orders and payments via POS systems.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!

• High school diploma.
• Occasional travel may be required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!

• Fast-paced, customer-facing restaurant setting. Requires standing for extended periods, walking, and occasional light lifting. Work is performed indoors at the host stand, dining area, and entryway, with frequent guest interaction.
