Grain Accounting/Customer Service Representative

Description

We are seeking a full-time Grain Accountant/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will process grain transactions and provide exceptional customer service for our customers.  

Requirements

• Keep accurate financial records for grain activities by recording and reconciling grain purchases, sales, and inventory. 
• Prepare grain purchase and sales settlements, verify lienholders, and update FSA loans. 
• Process accounts payable and monitor sales tax. 
• Communicate grain bids with customers based on posted bids and help update daily bids.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in accounting and customer service.   
• Knowledge of grain accounting, agricultural operations, and grain grading is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential.   
• Must work well independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
• Must be over 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English.

The starting pay range is $20.00 to $27.00 per hour and is based on job-related skills and background experience.
