Job Title: Team Member (A&W) – LV Petroleum

Job Summary

An A&W Team Member provides friendly, fast, and accurate service while preparing quality food and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Greet guests warmly and take orders with a positive attitude 
• Ensure guests receive correct, high-quality orders promptly 
• Handle cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using a POS system 
• Address customer questions or concerns professionally

Food Preparation

• Cook and assemble food orders following A&W recipes and standards 
• Prepare beverages including root beer floats and soft drinks 
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Maintain a clean work environment in kitchen, dining, and restroom areas 
• Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed 
• Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned

Teamwork

• Work with fellow team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations 
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers 
• Be willing to assist in other tasks or roles when necessary
