Our growing home health care division has a great new full-time opportunity available for an Occupational Therapist located in lower Fairfield County CT. The Occupational Therapist would be working alongside our other staff members training for the first month and getting acclimated to our EMR system. You would be seeing up to 5 patients per day and would have a flexible schedule. Our organization offers a very comprehensive full benefits package and competitive compensation. Title: Occupation Therapist

Location: Norwalk CT

Salary: $85,000 to $100,000, DOE + full benefits package

Responsibilities:

Modifying evaluation tools and determining level of patient care needed

Reviewing referrals and gathering background data

Monitoring/supervising home health aides and assistants

Providing initial and ongoing treatment

Revising and developing new treatment implementation

Documenting all necessary results in EMR system

Requirements:

At least 1-year Occupational Therapist experience

Must have experience with adult/geriatric population

Ability to work well with others

Active and clean CT driving license record
