Job Description
The Warehouse Loader/Relief Driver is responsible to build pallets for the loading and delivery of product. In addition, the Loader/Relief Driver will be responsible for taking out small deliveries of Sundance products to the retail outlets, loading the individual orders onto the hand- truck, and transferring the order into the retailer’s cooler, and unloading the order.
Responsibilities
• Sorting and arranging products on pallets.
• Safe operations of forklift or pallet jack.
• Shrink wrap pallets for delivery
• Deliver Sundance products to stores within the assigned area
• Greet and maintain a professional relationship with customers while providing excellent customer service
• Fill, rotate, and price (when required) all cooler, shelf and display space at time of delivery
• Safely operate a company owned delivery truck
• Complete all drivers check in/out and complete end of day Settlement and deposit
• Complete all scheduled deliveries
• Communicate with sales representatives and management in regard to all delivery issues and opportunities
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications
•High School Diploma or GED required
• Pallet jack experience
• Forklift experience
•Valid Drivers License with less than 5 points.
•Ability to lift, and carry up to 50 pounds or more
•Ability to push and pull several 100 pounds on a hand and/or platform truck
•Able to work flexible work schedule
