Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find, fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by IT Ops/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs.

Summary/Overview
At Horizon3.ai, we’re redefining the offensive cybersecurity space—and we need a forward-thinking, technically fluent Product Manager to own the SaaS platform capabilities that power our enterprise and MSP customers. This high-impact role will focus on user authentication, authorization models, organizational/tenant management, user settings, and auditability—ensuring our platform scales securely and effectively for the most demanding environments.
You’ll work closely with engineering, architects, and customer-facing teams to define and deliver enterprise-grade platform features that provide governance, security, and operational efficiency. From authentication and role-based access control to tenant hierarchies, user preferences, and comprehensive audit logging, you’ll set the strategy for the foundational elements of our SaaS platform.

What You’ll Do
Own the SaaS Platform Vision – Define and drive the roadmap for authentication, authorization, user settings, tenant management, and auditability.
Advance Authentication Capabilities – Deliver enterprise-grade identity features including SSO, MFA, passwordless login, and support for standards like OAuth and SAML.
Evolve Authorization Models – Define and refine roles, permissions, and flexible RBAC/ABAC structures to support complex enterprise and MSP environments.
Enable Org & Tenant Management – Build multi-tenant capabilities, tenant hierarchies, provisioning/de-provisioning flows, and delegated administration.
Deliver Comprehensive Auditability – Ensure audit logs, activity tracking, and reporting provide transparency, compliance support, and operational visibility.
Enhance User Settings & Preferences – Own the experience for user profile management, notification settings, personalization, and self-service account options.
Champion Governance & Security – Translate enterprise compliance and administrative needs into features that balance usability with control.
Work Cross-Functionally – Partner with engineering, security, and customer success to prioritize and deliver scalable, enterprise-ready platform features.
Translate Complexity into Roadmaps – Break down deeply technical requirements into actionable development plans sequenced for both near-term impact and long-term scalability.
What We’re Looking For
You’ve built and scaled SaaS platforms at high-growth companies, with a focus on enterprise or MSP customers.
You’ve led initiatives around authentication, authorization, user settings, tenant management, or auditability.
You’re comfortable owning deeply technical products—identity standards, RBAC/ABAC, SaaS governance models, and user-facing account settings.
