About the role
Role Overview
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in uncovering user insights that shape the future of Linktree’s products. You’ll partner closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to plan and execute research that brings the voice of our users into every stage of product development. This is a senior individual contributor role where you’ll lead key research initiatives, elevate research practices, and contribute meaningfully to the user experience for millions around the world.What You'll Do
- Design and conduct end-to-end research studies using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Translate research findings into compelling insights and actionable recommendations that directly inform product and design decisions.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify research opportunities and influence product roadmaps.
- Synthesize and communicate complex findings through reports, presentations, and workshops to stakeholders at all levels.
- Advocate for the user through empathy-driven storytelling and insight-driven collaboration.
- Contribute to evolving and scaling research operations by improving tools, processes, and templates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging methods, and competitive experiences to bring new perspectives to the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of experience in UX research or a related field, preferably in a product-focused environment.
- Proficiency in a range of qualitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, diary studies) and working knowledge of quantitative techniques.
- Demonstrated impact of your research on product or business outcomes through a strong portfolio or case studies.
- Ability to independently scope, lead, and execute research projects across different stages of the product lifecycle.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; capable of articulating the “why” behind research and influencing without authority.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments and adapting to shifting priorities.
- A mindset of curiosity, empathy, and continuous improvement.
