The CNS CCS business delivers Telecom network Managed Services to the Telecom service providers and Enterprises across the globe. Service Assurance, Network Performance and Network Security are the three business lines. Multi vendor, Multi domain delivery is the USP. Continuous automation and strong processes are the key pillars.
The role heads the Service Delivery Management for the EUR and LAT Markets in the Global Delivery Centers located in Romania (Timisoara) as well as India (Chennai, Noida, Bengaluru), providing remote delivery to telecom networks across the EUR and LAT.
Key interfaces:
1. GDC Head.
2. Stream Heads of MAS, MPS and MSS streams.
3. GDMs of all projects within EUR and LAT.
4. ODs of all projects within EUR and LAT.
5. Service Practice team for deploying of automation use cases in EUR and LAT.
6. Business Operations GDC team for governance.
7. Operations Heads of key customers in EUR and LAT on need basis for all GDC delivery related topics.
GSDM role is fully responsible for remote delivery to each project as per the agreed OLA / SLA, within the agreed CBL; for forecasting of business and headcount/technology requirements and funnelling them to Stream; for managing close interworking with the Region delivery team.

What you will learn and contribute to
• Accountable for the complete remote services portfolio delivery (wrt resources, cost, time and quality) and project KPI adherence to respective Region.
• Own the GDC relationship and brand towards the region and customers
• Drives a strong partnership with the region organisation and GDC teams
• Manage delivery related escalations
• Accountable for delivery specific Targets (Savings, Remotization) for respective markets
• Interface Market / Region delivery head and CTs : will be the single point of contact for respective Market delivery
• Operation performance evaluation with Market and share updates with GDC Head
• Contribute to GDC MoO, Governance and interlock requirements
• Transformation targets and cost centre financial planning
• Responsible for providing demand from markets to stream including forecast of projects and triggering resource planning and readiness
• Support Customer satisfaction surveys
• Support solutioning during pre-sales engagement and ensure alignment all stakeholders
• Cultivating new business opportunities in close co-ordination with pre-sales and market
Your skills and experience
You should have:
· In depth understanding of Telecom Network Assurance and Performance.
· Experience of running large Telecom Network Assurance at a regional stage
· Executive presence with visiting CXOs
· Ability to drive SLA adherence and governance of recovery actions.
· Co-relate various inputs from the Region and convert them into business opportunities.
